NAJM — Returns & Refunds

Request a return, refund or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and reason.

Change-of-mind returns

Products must be unused, in original condition, with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Opened hygiene-sensitive items and unsealed consumables are excluded where legally permitted. Faulty-product rights remain unaffected.

Return shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return arranged by NAJM, a fixed SAR 7.50 return shipping charge is deducted from your refund. This is not a percentage. We confirm the refund calculation before collection. No additional restocking fee applies.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Contact us promptly, with photos or a video if available. For verified damaged, defective or incorrect products, NAJM covers return shipping and arranges a refund or replacement; no SAR 7.50 deduction applies. The seven-day change-of-mind period does not limit statutory rights or applicable warranties.

Return instructions

Contact us before sending a parcel. We provide the correct return address or collection instructions. Do not use an address on the shipping label without confirmation.

Refunds and exchanges

We notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we agree a suitable refund method with you and explain any bank processing time. Exchanges depend on stock availability; any price difference is disclosed before proceeding.
